We provide a subscription-based AI chatbot platform that lets you upload content (documents/web pages) and embed a chatbot on your website.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data you do not own or violating applicable laws.

4. Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. Charges are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
